About Me

"Returning Resident" (if 'yes' answer questions 6, 7, & 8) --according to Question #1 on the Guam Customs form
It's been 2 years and five months since my last trip home. Needless to say, this visit to my tropical paradise has been highly anticipated for months. I want to share snapshots, both literally and figuratively, of the high points, the lesser points, and all the moments in between that make going back home so hard to put into words after the fact. Without being too dorky, or nerdy, or waste too much time inside and not on the beach, where one inevitably belongs when visiting Guam, I will do my best to illustrate the allure of Home.

Roberto's "Whatever" tally:

I've decided to keep a running tally of how many times my brother says "whatever" to me. Translation: "whatever the Eff you want, Joanna, since you won't shut up until you get what you want! Why did you bother asking my opinion anyway?!?"
(it should be noted that I asked him to cosign on my translation and he replied: "whatevers.."

Whatevers = 27
