At about 815am this morning, my grandmother popped into my room and asked, "pancakes or fritters?" I thought for a moment..."ummmmm.....FRITTERS!"
It's totally a classic in the Sanchez household. They're little fluffy doughnuts rolled in sugar that we dab in dollops of grape jelly! so yummy. THANK YOU, NANA!
It was just the start I needed for trip to URUNAO!! stay tuned for those pictures...:)
